Makes 10 cups Instructions: Soak beans in 6 cups water, then add 3 15-oz cans tomatoes or tomato sauce and package bulgur, veggies and seasonings. Simmer 2 to 3 hours until done. Instant Pot directions:. Add all ingredients to Instant Pot (no pre-soak of beans). Cook for 50 minutes on Meat/Stew setting. Add cooked ground beef, if desired. Leftovers can be frozen.
