Shipping Policy
We are currently shipping only outside of the Fox Valley. Rates are determined by distance from our central location. Please see local delivery service below for areas included in the Fox Valley area.

Please allow 7-10 for delivery, unless otherwise notified. Due to the various wholesalers, we cannot always guarantee a timely delivery though we aim to partner with the most efficient wholesalers.

Local Delivery Service
We offer personal delivery to your home or business free of charge Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. Please select a time for delivery. Should there be any issues, we will notify you by email to arrange another time. You will receive a confirmation delivery email within 48 hours of the day your order is to be delivered.

Local delivery is available to Appleton, Kimberly, Kaukauna, Little Chute, Freedom, Greenville, Neenah, Menasha and Oshkosh in Wisconsin.
Return & Exchange Policy
Any non-perishable item can be returned for a refund or exchanged for a replacement. The customer is responsible for shipping cost to return items. Any replacements will be shipped at our cost.

For local delivery service, a one-time pickup per order is available for returns and exchanges at no charge. Additional pickups will incur a fee of $5.00 per order.
